Prudential Plaza

Garrison Inc. served exclusively as the Owner’s Representative to the Prudential Insurance Company of America for the design and construction of the Prudential Plaza project in Chicago’s East Loop. This assignment spanned ten years and included the construction of a new 64 story office tower, the shell and core renovation of the existing historic 41 story building, and the coordination of 2,000,000 square feet of retail and tenant projects. Garrison also provided construction consulting services to the Prudential Development Company on the Woodfield Corporate Center campus in Schaumburg, IL, which included four distinct corporate office towers and a 400 room Marriott hotel.
