CDH Infusion Center and Loyola Cancer Care and Research Center at CDH

Garrison Inc. served as program and project manager for Central DuPage Hospital's Construction Team on the multi-phased renovation for 12 infusion bays, eight treatment rooms and a complete renovation of the Hospital's 1936 East Entrance and Canopy. Garrison managed the architect and contractor, oversaw the development and delivery of the budget.  On a monthly basis reported to its client the status of construction, costs, and coordinated approvals by all governing agencies having jurisdiction, including the Illinois Department of Public Health.  Garrison also managed the transition planning for the primary stakeholders as well as purchasing, delivery, and placement and testing of all the equipment and furniture.  The project was occupied April 15, 2009.
