Garrison Inc. led an alliance which includes Walsh Consulting Group and The Carter Group (The GWC Alliance) to procure and install all Group 2 and non-medical equipment and FF&E for the Northwestern Memorial Hospital New Prentice Women's Hospital. Sevices include building loading, equipment commissioning and certifiaction, asset management, site logistics and patient relocation and construction coordination. Through aggressive bidding and cost negotiations, the alliance was able to bring closure to the project millions of dollars below buget for the client and on schedule.  In successfully delivering that project we recognized the cohesiveness of our firms and have continued to pursue additional, similar work as a team.

Garrison Inc. is an owner’s representative for design, construction and occupancy services founded in 1984 that has grown to specialize in health care and hospital related development, construction and occupancy projects. The Carter Group was founded in 1990 and is a firm specializing in the transition planning and relocation management. Clients include major corporations, health care facilities, academic and research institutions, and government agencies. Our alliance was created out of the need by acute hospital and ambulatory health care facility owners, developers and managers to perform a specialized combination of services.  These services begin prior to construction substantial completion and implemented on site post substaintial completion to "Manage Risk to Ensure Patient Readiness."  Our alliance sculpts its services to work within the polices, procedures and standard practices already established by our clients and works to provide normalized data that is congruent with operating systems already in place.
